Danceables is a very special group for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
In each class we teach simple stage directions, movement basics, and short pieces of choreography designed to be fun and achievable. Our teachers break steps into clear, repeatable parts and use visual cues, simple language, and hands-on support when needed.
The goal is not perfection, it's connection, confidence, and the joy of performing together. Students move at their own pace, learn how to follow stage cues, and take part in low-pressure performances so families and friends can celebrate their progress.
Everyone is welcome, and we tailor the class to meet each participant where they are.
